GGBwealthcare Pty Limited (“GGBw”) is registered and licensed in Australia (AFSL 340355).
Founded in 2009, the company onboarded its first client family in 2010, and today serves a limited number of qualifying families.
The Sydney based investment team has been organically expanded as the business has grown – many of the team members previously worked together at Lowy Family Group, together with Steven Gross, one of the founding shareholders.
The Credo Group, an international financial services business, is a significant minority shareholder in GGBw, and their involvement principally provides IT platform and back office support, access to global custody, and some systems infrastructure services.
GGBw leverages its operational capacity by making use of the Credo staff complement in London for most middle and back office activities.
